NATURAL MATERIALS AND VARIATIONS
John Alex Studio jewelry is handcrafted using genuine natural gemstones and precious metals, including sterling silver, solid gold, and copper, as identified in each product description. Because gemstones are natural materials, each stone is unique and may vary in color, pattern, texture, transparency, inclusions, shape, and size. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each piece and are not defects.
HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY
Each piece is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in bead placement, symmetry, dimensions, and finish are inherent to the handmade process and may occur from one piece to another. These variations contribute to the unique character of the jewelry and are not defects.
PRODUCT IMAGES AND DISPLAYS
We make reasonable efforts to present our jewelry accurately. The piece you receive may differ slightly from photographs because of natural gemstone variation, handcrafted production, lighting, photography, image processing, and individual screen settings. Images may be enlarged or styled to show detail. Please review the product description and listed dimensions before purchasing.
PRECIOUS METALS, TARNISH, AND SKIN DISCOLORATION
Sterling silver, gold, and copper may naturally develop tarnish, oxidation, or patina through exposure to air, moisture, body chemistry, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, saltwater, chlorine, sulfur, and other environmental factors. Some metals, particularly copper, may leave temporary discoloration on the skin. These reactions vary by person and generally do not indicate a manufacturing defect.

Individual sensitivities and allergic reactions to metals, gemstones, finishes, or other jewelry components may occur. Customers should review the materials disclosed in each product description before purchasing. Because skin chemistry and allergic responses vary, John Alex Studio LLC cannot guarantee that a product will not cause irritation, discoloration, or an allergic reaction. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice when needed.

Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, improper storage or cleaning, alterations, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care guidance may not qualify as a manufacturing defect or warranty claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, John Alex Studio LLC is not responsible for normal wear, tarnish, oxidation, patina, temporary skin discoloration, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized alterations, chemical exposure, or individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.
