John Alex Studio ships orders using USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is included with every shipment.
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after they are placed. This is processing time and does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
Free shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 USD or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. Orders below $99 will be charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Delivery dates are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
